Meredith is a native of Hurley, Mississippi and has a son named Aidan. She is a graduate of The University of Mobile, earning three Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science, Spanish, and History. She received her Juris Doctorate from The University of Mississippi School of Law. Meredith is an attorney at Clark Partington and is a board-certified City, County, and Local Government attorney in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department. Meredith’s practice primarily focuses on all aspects of land use law and government regulation, including zoning, comprehensive plans, subdivisions, development agreements, community redevelopment, government licensing, permitting and related environmental issues. She is licensed to practice law in both Mississippi and Florida and also holds an AICP certification, which is the only nationwide, independent verification of a land use planner’s qualifications and mastery.
